Yes! There is no downtime after your faux freckle service. You may experience some redness or minor swelling during the first 2 hours post-service, but this typically subsides quickly, allowing you to return to work and your daily activities without worry.

Before you arrive to your appointment, you’ll complete and submit your electronic consent forms so we can begin promptly. Upon arrival, we’ll cleanse your skin, remove any makeup, and take before photos. We’ll then discuss the placement and density of your freckles based on your desired look.

Next, we create a pre-draw of your freckles, which is the most important step to ensure your vision is perfectly captured. You’ll review the pre-draw, and we never move forward until you are 100% satisfied. Once approved, we manually apply the freckles, using a numbing solution as needed for comfort during the process. After your freckles are complete, we’ll take after photos, review aftercare instructions, and provide a mild facial cleanser to use daily for 7 days to support proper healing.

Touch-up sessions are ideal for clients who want to achieve a fuller, layered freckle look or perfect and darken their existing freckles from the original session.

The frequency of touch-up sessions depends entirely on your goals and desired results. There is no exact timeline for when a touch-up is needed — you can schedule one whenever you feel ready to brighten or enhance your existing freckles. We just recommend you wait at least 6-8 weeks between sessions to allow proper healing.

Yes! All of our artists at The Micro Clinics are licensed tattoo artists, certified in Faux Freckles, and trained in bloodborne pathogens. Our studio is fully licensed by the Florida Department of Health, ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism.

Guests are welcome to wait in our client lobby, but due to limited space we ask that you limit it to ONE guest only. Due to the nature of our services, we cannot allow additional people in the treatment room during your appointment. For the safety and comfort of all clients, children are not permitted to accompany you during your appointment.

We require all clients to provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Due to the nature of our business and our tightly scheduled appointments, it is crucial that clients arrive on time. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate clients who are more than 10 minutes late, as this impacts subsequent appointments and the quality of service we provide.
